FATHOM 6 / OFFSHORE DELIVERY

Subsea inspection campaigns, planned for clear decisions

From the first scope review to the final report, Fathom 6 helps clients turn offshore inspection requirements into practical work packs, coordinated field execution and usable asset records.

A campaign begins with a workable scope

We review the assets, inspection history, access constraints and reporting requirements before the offshore work starts. The plan identifies members and components, required tasks, cleaning prerequisites, evidence needs and the people and equipment needed to deliver the scope.

Structures and subsea assets

Plan visual and measurement work around jackets, pipelines and other offshore infrastructure.

ROV and diving support

Select an execution approach suited to access, task requirements and the approved campaign scope.

Field execution with traceable evidence

Inspectors need location-specific instructions and a practical sequence. Results, photographs and video references should be captured against the correct component as the work progresses. Where required, qualification and tooling records support verification and subsequent review.

01 Plan

Agree locations, tasks, prerequisites and work packs.

02 Inspect

Execute the scope and capture findings at the point of work.

03 Review

Resolve gaps, assess anomalies and verify the supporting record.

From findings to a useful handover

A good report should show what was inspected, what could not be completed, what was found and what needs follow-up. We aim to carry structured results and media references into the client’s asset history so the next campaign starts with a clearer baseline.
