FATHOM 6 / INSPECTION DATA
Subsea inspection data, connected from work pack to report
Offshore inspection creates more than images and readings. We organize the scope, component history, task results, anomalies and supporting media into a clear campaign record for execution offshore and review onshore.
Build the inspection around the asset
Start with the approved scope, drawings and previous records. Identify each asset, member and component, then assign the tasks and evidence needed at that location. The structure can be adapted to jackets, pipelines and other subsea assets without forcing the field team into one generic checklist.
Plan with purpose
Define locations, task order, evidence and completion criteria before work begins.
Capture in context
Keep each result and its media reference connected to the correct asset and component.
Review with confidence
Track accepted work, anomalies and outstanding actions through QC/QA and reporting.
A work pack inspectors can follow
The work pack makes clear what to do, where to do it and what must happen first. Cleaning requirements can specify the required preparation level before close visual inspection or ultrasonic testing. The record can distinguish a completed task from work that is not required or could not be accessed.
Task sequence
Prerequisites and cleaning requirements sit alongside the inspection task.
Traceable evidence
Link findings, photographs and video references to the member or component.
People, tools and results stay connected
Where the approved scope requires it, qualifications, tool certifications and pre- or post-use verifications can be associated with the work. This gives reviewers a route from an accepted result back to the inspector, equipment and supporting evidence.
Designed for the client’s data environment
The intended approach is to map asset and component references to the client’s naming rules and agree how accepted results, anomalies and media references should be handed into their systems. Data exchange with Enaimco and DVR control are proposed areas for technical alignment with partners and clients; they are not presented here as live integrations.
Make the next inspection easier to plan
Whether a campaign covers a few assets or a wider field, its information should remain useful after the vessel demobilizes. Tell us about your scope and the decisions your team needs to make from the final record.
